We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting sales processes, and performing various tasks of lead generation like cold calling and presentations to convert prospects to sales closure . The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.

Outbound & Inbound Calls: Making cold/warm calls to prospective clients and answering incoming inquiries to promote products or services.
Lead Generation & Qualifying: Identifying potential customers and assessing their needs, then qualifying them for sales opportunities.
Sales & Closing: Achieving, or exceeding, daily and monthly sales targets or lead generation quotas.
Data Management: Updating customer details in the CRM system and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of services/products to effectively answer questions and overcome objections.
Follow-ups: Contacting leads who asked for more time to close sales or provide additional information.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is above 12th and candidate must be a fresher. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.

10 days non paid training
Two months paid training with 10k per month in hand
( Target is 2 lakhs to achieve in two months )
First six months only salary you will get which will be disclosed after you clear interview process 2nd day .
After six months you will be eligible for incentives .
