Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Captab Biotec is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell pharmaceutical products over calls. The role involves lead generation, customer follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to doctors, distributors, and retailers
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly
Update call records and sales details

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of pharma products (preferred)
Target-oriented approach

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years
