Job Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel if required.
