Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team at VRcode91. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, manage client relationships, and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.

  • Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

• Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management regarding performance, market trends, and forecasts.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.

• Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.

  • Identify target demographics and create strategies to expand customer base in key markets.

• Training & Development:

  • Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer feedback to support the team’s growth.
