Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth through outbound calling, lead generation, and customer relationship management. This is an office-based role focused on acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound (cold) calling.
Identify and onboard new distributors and business partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Promote company products and ongoing schemes to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
