Job Title:

Sales Head / Senior Sales Manager – Commercial Kitchen & Project Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head / Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and sales for our commercial kitchen equipment and project business.

The candidate should have 12+ years of sales experience with strong exposure to B2B sales, project sales, industrial sales, fabrication / sheet metal industry, HoReCa, hospitality, kitchen equipment, or allied sectors.

Candidates with prior experience in HoReCa, hospitality, kitchen projects, fabrication, industrial equipment, or sheet metal related industries will be preferred. Strong B2B project sales profiles from other industries may also be considered.

Preferred age: 35 years and above

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business from cafes, restaurants, hotels, resorts, cloud kitchens, and institutional kitchens

- Bring orders for commercial kitchen equipment and complete kitchen setup projects

- Build strong client relationships and business network

- Develop dealer / distributor network

- Drive lead generation and order closures

- Ensure high conversion ratio from received leads

Leadership Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team

- Train, mentor, and support team members

- Improve sales pitch and presentation quality

- Support team in closing high-value orders

- Monitor CRM, follow-ups, and pipeline movement

Strategic Responsibilities:

- Create sales plans as per market trends and seasonal demand

- Identify new business opportunities

- Develop channel sales and direct project sales

- Focus on revenue growth and closure efficiency

Compensation:

₹60,000 – ₹60,000+ per month

Fixed salary + attractive incentives
