URGENT HIRING – SALES & COLLECTION EXECUTIVE
Location: Ghansoli, MBP, Navi Mumbai
Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹24,000 In-Hand
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday
👤 Eligibility
✅ HSC / Graduate candidates can apply
✅ Freshers with good communication skills are eligible
✅ Minimum 6 months experience in Sales / Collection / Insurance preferred
✅ Insurance Sales or Home Loan Collection experience will be an advantage
✅ Gujarati & Marathi speaking candidates preferred
✅ Good communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills
✅ Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
📌 Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and follow-ups for Insurance Sales / Home Loan Collection.
Explain insurance products and assist customers with suitable solutions.
Follow up with customers for pending home loan payments.
Achieve assigned sales/collection targets.
Handle customer queries and negotiate professionally.
Maintain accurate records and follow company process guidelines.
