⭐ Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to convert leads into orders.

• Attend inbound calls and explain product benefits.

• Understand customer needs and suggest the right herbal solution.

• Close sales with high accuracy and share order details with the operations team.

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi must, basic English).

• Confidence in handling calls and WhatsApp conversations.

• Sales + persuasion skills.

• Knowledge of Ayurvedic / Herbal product sales will get first preference.

• Basic phone & WhatsApp handling ability.

• Target-oriented mindse
