Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, digital platforms, cold calling, and networking.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.

• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, CRM, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.

• Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and real estate regulations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and property launches as required.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Customer-focused with a professional attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
