Job Description – Sales Executive (Insurance Sales Process)
Position: Sales Executive – Insurance Sales
Location: A-133, Sector 63, Noida
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 In-Hand (No Deductions)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound sales calls for insurance products.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Explain insurance plans and benefits to customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 months of experience in the insurance sales sector.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Average communication skills will be considered.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
