The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls effectively to achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Explain test packages, offers, and benefits clearly to customers in Hindi, Tamil, and English.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. The role requires Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
