Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role is best suited for individuals with excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to maintain long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Telecalling:
Contact potential clients using databases from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other industry sources.
Generate leads, pitch Thrills Technologies’ services, and convert inquiries into clients.
Sales of Services:
Promote and sell digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads), website development, and app development solutions.
Understand client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide timely updates, follow-ups, and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare and share daily reports on lead generation, follow-ups, sales conversions, and client feedback.
Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in business development, telesales, or digital marketing sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with digital marketing, website, and app development services is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting.
