Job Summary
The SS Realty is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about available properties.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate sales terms and assist clients throughout the purchase process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property developments.
Required Experience
0–5 years of experience in sales or any sales-related role.
Fresher Good communication skill
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
