Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, develop client relationships, understand customer requirements, and drive sales for our retail interior design and furniture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, references, and business enquiries.

• Identify potential clients and understand their interior/furniture requirements.

• Conduct client meetings and present company products and services.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design and estimation teams.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

• Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing deals.

• Maintain sales records, client data, and follow-up reports.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–5 years in Sales / Business Development.

• Experience in Retail Interior, Furniture, Modular, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong follow-up and client-handling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
