Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling client meetings, and achieving sales targets in the retail interior segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.

• Meet architects, retail brands, and corporate clients.

• Present company products/services effectively.

• Prepare quotations and follow up for closures.

• Maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with design & production teams for project execution.

• Maintain updated sales reports and CRM records.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in sales (Retail Interior / Interior Design preferred).

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.

• Good English communication.

• Target-driven mindset.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing preferred.

Salary: 22K-35K+ Incentives
