We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines
Ensure high-quality customer interactions
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or BPO (preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Good command of English and/or regional languages
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Experience in outbound sales or international voice process
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Customer-focused attitude
