We are looking for an Insurance Sales Executive to join our team Tatwa Technologies Ltd. The role involves leads generation, follow-ups, closing sales target and a strong negotiation and convincing skills. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹20,000–₹30,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote and sell life insurance products based on customer needs.
Generate sales through lead conversion and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
Update customer details and sales report in CRM.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1–3 years of experience. Candidates must have Good communication skills, strong negotiation and convincing skills and the basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
