Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Field B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Tanu Enterprises, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting on-site demonstrations, and building lasting partnerships with commercial clients. Key Responsibilities
•	Market Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, including:
o	Schools, Colleges, and Educational Institutes
o	Hospitals, Clinics, and Healthcare Centers
o	Hotels, Restaurants, and Banquets
o	Corporate Offices and Coworking Spaces
o	Manufacturing Plants and Warehouses
•	Field Engagement: Conduct daily field visits to meet with key decision-makers (Facility Managers, Admin Heads, and Business Owners).
•	Product Expertise: Present and demonstrate Tanu Enterprises' product range and value proposition effectively.
•	Sales Cycle Management: Understand client pain points, prepare customized quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
•	Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
•	Relationship Management: Maintain a robust CRM/database and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-ups.
•	Reporting: Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and sales progress to the management team.
Required Skills & Competencies
•	Persuasive Communication: Ability to pitch confidently and handle objections on the spot.
•	Resilience: A strong "field-first" mindset with the ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
•	Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster long-term trust with clients.
•	Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of mobile reporting tools and email etiquette.
•	Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily travel within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
•	Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
•	Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply).
•	Preferred Industry: Experience in FMCG, Industrial Supplies, Facility Management, or Office Automation is a major plus.
