We are seeking a driven IT Software Sales Executive to join our commercial team and accelerate revenue growth for our enterprise and mid-market software solutions. This role blends consultative selling, technical understanding, and relationship building to close new business and expand existing accounts. Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, and partner channels.
Manage full sales cycle from discovery and solution design to proposal, negotiation, and close.
Develop account plans and grow revenue within assigned territories or verticals; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams (pre-sales, product, customer success) to craft tailored demos, POCs, and implementation roadmaps.
Maintain accurate CRM records and produce timely sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings to build brand credibility.
Job Requirements:
Domain experience: Background in enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud services, or data platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Language and market: Local language fluency and experience selling in the India market or the assigned region.
Certifications: Sales or product certifications relevant to the stack (advantageous but not required).
