Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a target-based sales role, ideal for individuals who are confident, self-driven, and passionate about earning based on performance. Your income will directly depend on your ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Promote and sell company products/services to prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Prior experience in sales, field sales, or tele sales is preferred.

• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven mindset with high earning motivation.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of CRM, calling tools, or sales reporting is an advantage.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
