The Role
We are looking who will manage Channel Partners by providing end-to-end support, driving regular business, explaining transaction processes, conducting product and platform demos, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of partner queries
What You'll Do
Act as the Central Relationship Manager (RM) for Channel Partners to ensure seamless support, timely assistance, and continuous engagement.
Drive regular business by actively engaging with Channel Partners, understanding their needs, and motivating them to increase transactions.
Explain the transaction processes for all financial products and provide end-to-end support to Channel Partners, including assisting with form filling whenever required.
Conduct product demos, platform walkthroughs, and ensure partners are fully aware of product features, tools, reports, and benefits.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of partner queries and smooth process flow
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
0-3 Years of experience
Must Know languages Gujarati, Marathi
Certification in NISM 5 A will be preferable
Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and pleasant personality.
Ability to present and speak clearly in front of groups.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to learning & development initiatives.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Nice to Have
Exposure to financial services, especially mutual funds or insurance.
Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
