Hiring for Sales Executive Role

Location : Navi Mumbai
Shift : Day Shift - 6 days working with 1 fixed off
Salary : Upto 30k (depend on the Interview and experience)

Qualification : SSC/HSC/Graduate Anyone can apply
Language : Hindi/Tamil/Telgu/Kannada + English andatory
Experience : Fresher / Experience + candidate from Manufacturing or Plumbing Background can apply

Key Responsible :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.

• Generate new sales leads and identify customer requirements.

• Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

• Provide accurate information to encourage purchase decisions.

• Convince customers and close sales over the phone.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

• Answer customer questions regarding product details, pricing, and services.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or database.

• Update customer information regularly.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers.

• Convert pending leads into successful sales.

• Submit daily call reports and sales performance reports to the manager.
