​Job Purpose

​We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a hunger for success.

​Key Responsibilities

​Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

​Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

​Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations and demonstrations on products/services.

​Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts/packages and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

​Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

​Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular feedback/reports via CRM tools.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Experience: Open to both experienced professionals and Freshers.

​For Freshers: Must demonstrate a strong passion for sales and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

​Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory; must be able to influence and persuade effectively.

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

​Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM software.

​Resilience: A "hunter" mindset with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

​Mandatory Requirements

​Own Conveyance: Candidate must have their own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) and a valid driving license for daily field visits and client meetings.

​Travel: High willingness to travel locally for client site visits and business meetings.
