Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the hospital’s eye care services, building
relationships with local doctors, corporates, and organizations, and generating patient referrals. The
role focuses on increasing patient footfall and expanding the hospital’s outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the hospital’s eye care services and treatments to potential patients and partners.
Build relationships with local clinics, optometrists, doctors, and healthcare providers for
patient referrals.
Identify opportunities to collaborate with corporates, schools, and organizations for eye
check-up camps.
Conduct field visits and marketing activities to generate leads.
Coordinate with the hospital team to organize eye screening camps and awareness programs.
Follow up with potential patients and partners to convert leads into consultations.
Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Support marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and patient engagement.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience
1–4 years of experience in sales or healthcare marketing
Experience in hospital, diagnostic center, or healthcare industry preferred
