Role Overview

We are hiring energetic, confident candidates (12th Pass or Any Graduate) who possess fluent English communication skills to join our fire alarm and safety systems sales team. You will receive end-to-end training on fire detection products, client communication, and lead generation. This is a high-growth field sales and client engagement role ideal for ambitious individuals starting their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential project leads (commercial offices, factories, hospitals, contractors) through online research, phone outreach, and field visits.

• Client Communication: Make introductory calls, send formal email presentations, and pitch fire safety products to contractors, facility heads, and business owners.

• Meeting & Field Visits: Visit client offices and project sites to understand safety requirements and build client relationships.

• Sales Support: Assist senior team members in sharing product catalogs, preparing quotations, and tracking follow-ups.

• Product Learning: Quickly learn key fire alarm components (smoke detectors, control panels, sounders, call points) through company training.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, Diploma, or Technical degrees).

• Language Proficiency: Fluent, spoken and written English is mandatory. Clear pronunciation, professional phone etiquette, and confident conversational skills are essential.

• Experience: Freshers welcome. Prior exposure to customer handling, tele-calling, or field marketing is a plus.

• Core Skills:

  • Confident interpersonal skills and active listening

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and Email writing)

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical product details

• Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for field meetings; having your own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
