We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell water softener systems to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The candidate should have experience in field sales and a basic understanding of water treatment solutions.
Identify and develop new customers for water softener systems
Visit apartments, villas, hotels, hospitals, industries & commercial sites
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and site inspections
Conduct water testing (if required) and explain product benefits
Recommend suitable models based on LPH requirement and usage
Prepare quotations and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with installation & service teams
Maintain client database and follow-up regularly
Collect payments and ensure proper documentation
Strong communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of water hardness, TDS, LPH calculation (basic understanding preferred)
Ability to handle site visits and field work
Negotiation and closing skills
