We are looking for a dedicated Course Counselor to join our team. As a Course
Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students towards
making informed decisions about their career paths in the dynamic fitness industry.
Your role will include handling inquiries, conducting one-on-one counselling
sessions, and surpassing admission targets.
Job Title: Course Counselor (Inside Sales Executive)
Job Type: Full-time, In-Office Work (6 days per week)
CTC: INR 30,000 ~ 35,000 CTC per month
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students, providing them with objective information
about our courses and addressing their queries over phone calls or in-person
meetings.
Conduct Course Counseling Sessions, including Academy tours, to provide
detailed information about the Academy and courses we offer.
Ensure that all questions and concerns of prospects are addressed, and when
necessary, facilitate communication with domain experts from K11.
Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospects, focusing on
resolving queries, providing solutions, and offering relevant information.
Collaborate with the Sales Team, actively participating in periodic meetings to
discuss strategies, share insights, and contribute to the team's success.
Continuously update your knowledge about our products and services, staying
informed about the latest developments and improvements.
Prepare and submit daily reports and End of the Day Reports to evaluate
individual and team performance.
Embrace feedback and participate in audit sessions conducted by the response
quality assurance department to improve skills and performance.
