📝 Job Summary
Johari MBBS is looking for a Customer Support Executive (CSA) who can handle student/customer queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding our courses and services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email queries
• Assist students/customers with course details, enrollment process & basic support
• Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer data
• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution
• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp handling)
• Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
• Freshers can apply; experience in customer support is a plus
