About the Role

Buzzmint Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Course Sales Consultant to drive enrollments for our online and offline training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills, with the ability to understand a learner's requirements and guide them toward the most suitable course.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, achieving sales targets, and helping learners advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.

• Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning paths.

• Understand the requirements of potential learners and recommend suitable programs.

• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by effectively communicating course value.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

• Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the enrollment journey.

• Generate referrals from existing students and prospective learners.

• Stay updated on all courses, pricing, promotions, and company offerings.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.

• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in:

  • Education Sales

  • EdTech Sales

  • Inside Sales

  • Academic Counseling

  • Course Sales

  • Tele Sales

  • Admission Counseling

  • Any target-based sales role

Candidates with prior experience in selling online courses, certification programs, or educational services will be preferred.
