Sales Executive – EWCS (Job Responsibilities)
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
Promote EWCS services including ISO certification, accreditation support, and compliance consulting.
Convert potential leads into clients by understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business and repeat orders.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with internal teams (documentation, audit, implementation) for smooth project execution.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or reports.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new ISO standards.
Ensure timely follow-up and payment collection from clients.
Actively contribute to the growth and profitability of EWCS by closing quality deals.
Handle client queries and provide professional after-sales support.
Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to final closure.
