Key Responsibilities
1. School Coordination: Continuously engage and coordinate with school teams across different locations to plan, schedule, and execute orientation sessions and demo sessions smoothly.
2. Stakeholder Management: Maintain close and professional communication with school Principals, authorities, and key stakeholders to discuss and finalise suitable dates and schedules for sessions.
3. Internal Coordination: Coordinate effectively with the internal management and respective team members to ensure all session-related activities are planned and executed seamlessly.
4. Session Planning & Scheduling: Take ownership of the complete session scheduling process, ensuring dates, timings, venues, and other requirements are confirmed well in advance.
5. Tracker & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for all orientation sessions, demo sessions, school interactions, and related activities, along with regular reports and status updates.
6. Timely Communication: Ensure all important updates, confirmations, changes, and requirements are communicated promptly to the respective team members through official email and other approved communication channels.
7. Speaker Coordination: Coordinate with speakers/trainers to finalize their availability for sessions and ensure their participation is confirmed well in advance.
8. Speaker Profiles & Introductions: Collect and share the finalized speakers’ profiles/introduction notes with the respective school teams at least one week prior to the scheduled session.
9. Parent Feedback Management: Conduct and manage parent feedback calls, systematically record the responses, identify key feedback/concerns, and prepare reports based on the interactions.
10. Accuracy & Execution: Ensure smooth end-to-end coordination of all assigned activities with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and zero-error execution while meeting timelines and reporting requirements.
