About the Role

Tech Earth Global Business Solutions Private Limited is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and result-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting business owners, understanding their business requirements, generating leads, and selling our digital services, including Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development services.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact business owners through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Generate and qualify leads from potential business clients.

- Identify businesses that can benefit from digital and online marketing services.

- Understand the client's business, target audience, requirements, and current online presence.

- Explain and sell services such as:

- Digital Marketing

- SEO Services

- Social Media Marketing

- Website Development

- Online Branding and Promotion

- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients.

- Explain service packages, pricing, and benefits to prospects.

- Convince and negotiate with business owners to convert leads into customers.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track lead status.

- Coordinate with the digital marketing and technical teams regarding client requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Good lead generation and lead conversion skills.

- Confidence in communicating with business owners and decision-makers.

- Strong follow-up and client relationship-management skills.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and websites.

- Ability to explain technical and digital services in simple language.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Good customer-handling and objection-handling skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and work under sales pressure.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.

- Strong networking and communication abilities.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

- Candidates with relevant experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, or B2B sales will be preferred.
