Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into successful sales opportunities.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product/service solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics..

• Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and online meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Provide timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts with a high level of professionalism.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.

• Willingness to work in night shift.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
