Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into successful sales opportunities.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product/service solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics..

Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and online meetings.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Provide timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong customer relationship management abilities.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Ability to work independently during night shifts with a high level of professionalism.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).

Strong problem-solving attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.

Willingness to work in night shift.

Immediate joiners preferred.
