About the Role
Chamunda Travels is l ooking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining tour packages, following up with potential customers, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and direct communication.
Explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, and travel facilities to customers.
Follow up with interested leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
Communicate offers, upcoming tours, and promotional packages to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in handling customers over phone calls.
Strong follow-up skills and a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work towards sales targets.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 to 15,000 per month, depending on performance and experience.
