Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our healthcare sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote healthcare products.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the marketing and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle basic queries and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in inside sales, freshers also welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Interest or background in healthcare/nutrition is a plus.
