Job Description:
We are hiring Direct Sales Executives (DST) for gold loan products. This is a field sales role requiring candidates to generate leads and acquire customers from the open market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and source gold loan business through field sales
Conduct market visits and interact with potential customers
Explain product features and close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build customer relationships for repeat and referral business
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
Provide daily activity reports to the reporting manager
Candidate Requirements:
12th Pass / Graduate
1–3 years of experience in field sales / BFSI / loan sales
Experience in gold loan / personal loan / LAP preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Willingness to travel for field work
Target-oriented mindset
