Tele Sales Executive – Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and answer customer queries.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain customer data and update call records in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Handle customer objections and convert enquiries into sales.
Provide feedback to the team regarding market trends and customer needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass/Graduate.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred.
