We are looking for 2 Female candidates to join our team as Inside Sales Executive.
📍 Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat
💼 Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
👩 Vacancies: 2 Female
🎯 Experience: 1+ Years preferred
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through calls, references, data & online sources
• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements
• Explain products, pricing & company offerings
• Regularly follow up with clients and convert inquiries into orders
• Handle incoming inquiries and achieve sales conversions
• Maintain lead & follow-up records in Excel/CRM
• Coordinate with production & dispatch teams
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
🔹 Requirements:
✅ Good communication skills – Hindi & English required
✅ Strong convincing & negotiation skills
✅ Confident in handling customer calls
✅ Good follow-up skills
✅ Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM
✅ Target-oriented & result-driven
