Roles & Responsibilities:

Approach and connect with potential property buyers through calls, meetings, and site visits.

Present and explain real estate projects to clients effectively.

Handle customer queries and assist them throughout the sales process.

Build and maintain good relationships with clients for future business.

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and management team for lead generation and conversion.

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Must be confident, smart, and target-oriented.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM) preferred.

Should be hardworking and result-driven.

Candidates having their own vehicle will be preferred.
