About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven B2C Sales Executive ( Inside Sales )to drive client acquisition for our stock broking services. The role involves interacting with retail investors, explaining trading products, and converting leads into active clients.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
Convert leads into Demat & Trading account openings
Explain stock market products (Equity, F&O, Commodities, etc.)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Follow up with interested leads and ensure activation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
Requirements
Graduate in any domain (Finance background preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of stock market/trading (preferred)
Sales mindset with a target-oriented approach
Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in broking/fintech/insurance sales
Knowledge of Demat account opening process
Fluency in English + Hindi +Telugu
