Job Summary:

Bansidhar Plastic Manufacturing Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Domestic Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of domestic sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders accurately and on time
Communicate with domestic clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and queries
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documentation
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Follow up with clients for payments and order confirmations
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary
Assist in preparing sales reports and performance tracking

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
