We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, following up on leads, and supporting a dynamic sales team, this role is for you!

This position is ideal for freshers or candidates looking to build a strong career in sales and customer management.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with walk-in customers and potential leads to ensure high conversion rates
Coordinate daily activities with the sales team for smooth operations
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely solutions
Convert inquiries into successful sales
Generate new leads when required to support business growth
Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in Excel and other tools
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Freshers are welcome; prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
