Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
• Make 40 outbound calls daily, including to doctors, clients, and field representatives across the assigned state.
• Ensure a minimum of 10–12 productive calls per day focused on collecting orders, followups, or confirmed interests.
• Coordinate effectively with the field sales team to track daily activities and manage key client interactions.
• Maintain and update accurate records of orders, doctor communications, and sales leads in Excel or CRM platforms
• Regularly follow up with doctors to take orders, address queries, and build lasting professional relationships
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports including call productivity, order volumes, and coordination efforts
• Handle sales pressure and help meet overall team targets while maintaining clear and timely communication
• Collaborate with management to implement and refine calling scripts and communication strategies
• Participate in performance reviews, planning meetings, and contribute insights to improve territory performance.
