Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to support the sales team by calling existing and potential clients, updating them about company latest water slides, rides, and aquatic play products, and maintaining strong customer engagement. This role is key to ensuring continuous client communication and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Calling
Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients (water parks, resorts, builders, etc.)
Introduce and explain company products such as water slides, wave pools, and play systems
Follow up on previous inquiries, quotations, and proposals
2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups
Generate leads through cold calling, database follow-ups, and references
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into business opportunities
Schedule meetings or site visits for the senior sales team
3. CRM & Data Management
Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems
Record call details, feedback, and follow-up actions
Track leads, inquiries, and conversion status
4. Sales Coordination
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and basic quotations
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, and project teams)
Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments
5. Product Awareness
Stay updated on company products, new launches, and industry trends
Effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients
Key Skills Required
Good communication and calling skills
Basic understanding of sales processes
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Confidence in handling client conversations
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)
Experience Requirements
1–4 years in telecalling, inside sales, or sales coordination
Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered
