Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales and business development team by managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating project discussions, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, vendors, and management. The role is crucial in maintaining excellent customer service and helping convert leads into successful interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Handle incoming client inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and website leads.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the design and sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases .
Follow up with prospective clients regarding quotations, proposals, and project decisions.
Support sales executives in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial sales process.
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and design consultations.
Ensure timely communication between clients and the interior design team.
Address basic client queries and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
Proposal & Documentation Management
Prepare quotations, presentations, project proposals, and contracts.
Maintain records of client communications, approvals, and project documents.
Track sales pipeline activities and generate reports for management.
Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurately documented.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with designers, procurement teams, and vendors to gather project information.
Assist in tracking project milestones and client approvals.
Support project handover and customer satisfaction activities.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Monitor lead conversion rates and follow-up status.
Maintain filing systems and sales documentation.
Assist management with market research and competitor analysis.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or business development.
Experience in interior design, architecture, furniture, or construction industries is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
