Sales Coordinator / Executive

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at Hi Tech Packaging Solution. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹18,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all type of Machineries Product Inquires.

• Understand client requirements on Telephonic and send him product details by WhatsApp or E-mail as per client request.

• Quotation make it and send him to client as per request.

• Take all client Follow-up on time and priority basis by CRM.

• Explain to client product USP (A Unique Selling Proposition).

• Convince to client for batter product range with technical point of view.

• Negotiation with client and close the deal.

• Purchase Order and Payment Process manage.

• Dispatch Schedule and Process manage.

  Other Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

• Verify data accuracy, correct errors and identify irregularities promptly.

• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.

• Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
