टेलीसेल्स सेल्स कोऑर्डिनेटर / एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at Gigani Aromas. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 25,000 and opportunities for growth.

Job Timings: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sampling activities and follow up with clients regarding sample approvals, quotations, and new orders.

- Regularly follow up with existing and prospective clients for new product requirements.

- Pitch the company's products to new clients and generate business opportunities.

- Explore new markets, identify potential customers, and manage inquiries received through IndiaMART.

- Maintain accurate records of sample dispatches, quotations, pricing submissions, and client communications.

- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and business visits.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely follow-ups and excellent service.

Skills & Requirements:

- Goood communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage).

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word).

- Ability to maintain records and work in an organized manner.

- Self-motivated, confident and willing to explore new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
