We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating sales through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and generate interest.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure if required.
Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.
