Job description:
Generating leads for new business by running promotional mailers and cold calling.
Calling & mailing IT/Non-IT Organizations pan India to liaison with them and tie-up with them for Corporate Trainings.
Interacting with senior executives in client organizations and services.
Creating and maintaining relationships with IT clients in INDIA thereby ensuring continuous business opportunities.
Mapping the requirements of the clients and providing them the best solution to meet their recruitment needs effectively.
Coordinating with the operations team on a daily basis to provide service as per client’s satisfaction.
Performance Analysis
Guiding Team to achieve their daily expected tasks.
Building relationship with clients.
Responsible for servicing the existing clients and ensuring renewals based on existing contracts.
Coordinating with the recruiters to make them understand and serve the requirements in a timely, effective and reliable manner.
